<br />Tribune and the Tri County News on November 12 and November 19, 1971,
<br />which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were received:
<br />Sun Oil Company, by Castleman Fuel and Heating Company, Inc., 400 S.
<br />Main Street, Mishawaka, Indiana, 46544. The bid was accompanied by a
<br />non collusion affidavit which was found to be proper, together with a cashier's
<br />check in the amount of $1500.00. The bid was as follows:
