REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 14, 1973 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:30 a.m. on <br />Monday, May 14, 1973 with Mr. Richardson and Mr. Seitz in attendance. Mr. <br />Barcome was absent. Minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and approved. <br />BIDS - SALE OF USED BITUMINOUS DISTRIBUTOR <br />Bids for the sale of one Used Bituminous Distributor were opened and publicly <br />read, the Clerk having tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South <br />Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. <br />Board of Public Works <br />City of South Bend, Indiana <br />propose to pay to the City of.South Bend the sum of $850.00 (Eight hundred <br />and fifty dollars) for one bituminous distributor - less cab and chassis. <br />Serial Number 6111. <br />C & S Sales Lease & Rental <br />s/ Curtis L.
