REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 2, 1973 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works convened at 9:40 a.m. on Monday, <br />April 2, 1973 with two members present, Mr. Seitz being out of the City. Minutes <br />of the last meeting were reviewed and approved. <br />BIDS -IRONWOOD SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION <br />Bids for the sidewalk improvements on North Ironwood Drive from Bader Avenue to <br />Corby Street were opened and publicly read, the Clerk having tendered proofs of <br />publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which <br />were found to be sufficient. <br />RIETH-RILEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY The bid was signed by Richard D. <br />P. 0. Box 775 Ruhlman and the non -collusion <br />South Bend, Indiana affidavit was found to be in order. <br />A 10% bid bond accompanied the bid. <br />Item <br />1 - <br />4" P.C.
