REGULAR MEETING APRIL 2, 1973 A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works convened at 9:40 a.m. on Monday, April 2, 1973 with two members present, Mr. Seitz being out of the City. Minutes of the last meeting were reviewed and approved. BIDS -IRONWOOD SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION Bids for the sidewalk improvements on North Ironwood Drive from Bader Avenue to Corby Street were opened and publicly read, the Clerk having tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. RIETH-RILEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY The bid was signed by Richard D. P. 0. Box 775 Ruhlman and the non -collusion South Bend, Indiana affidavit was found to be in order.
