Barcome, Member ATTEST: s/ Patricia DeClercq Clerk Dated this 20th day of February, 1973 Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopted the Resolution. RESOLUTION — DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - MODEL CITIES AREA RESOLUTION NO. 5-1973 U WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has found it necessary in the best interest of the public safety and welfare to construct certain drainage improvements in the Model Cities area, and WHEREAS, the improvements to the aforesaid area are compatible with the State Mandate to separate sanitary sewers by 1977, and WHEREAS, the costs for these certain improvements are to be appropriated out of the Cumulative Sewer, Sinking and Building Fund, and WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has the authority to make such improvements as provided by the General Assembly, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Public Works orders the Department of Public Works to prepare the plans, specifications, cost estimates, secure the necessary right-of-way, permits, appropriations, and to seek bids for and to construct said CS2-1973, Model Cities Sewer Separation.
