1/15/73 <br />EXTRA WORK AGREEMENT - ARCO ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION <br />An extra work agreement for Contract No. TX-9092, Project T6000 (6) <br />in the amount of $546.48 was approved by the Board upon motion made, <br />seconded and carried. <br />EXTRA WORK AGREEMENT ARCO ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION <br />An extra work agreement for -Contract No. TX 9092, Project T6000 (6) in the <br />amount of $279.27 was, upon motion -made, seconded and carried, approved by <br />the Board. <br />EXTRA WORK AGREEMENT - ARCO ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION <br />An extra work agreement for Contract No. TX 9092, Project T6000 (6) in the <br />amount of $63.60 was approved by the Board upon motion made, seconded and <br />carried. <br />EXTRA WORK AGREEMENT - ARCO ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION <br />An extra work agreement for Contract No. TX 9092, Project T6000 (6) in the <br />amount of $2,650.00 was approved by the Board upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried. <br />CHANGE ORDER - TOPICS PROJECT N0. 6000 (6) Contract.No. TX-9092 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved a Change Order <br />in the amount of $598.60 to Arco Engineering Construction Corporation for <br />installing four inlets, additional pipe to by-pass utilities and extension <br />of pipes to facilitate future access. <br />CONTRACT - CHARLES W. COLE & SON. INC. - NORTHEAST STORM DRAINAGE FACILITIES <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved a contract with <br />Charles W. Cole & Son,inc. for construction of storm drainage facilities <br />in the Northeast portion of South Bend. <br />ESTIMATE OF COST APPROVED - KENSINGTON FARMS SUBDIVISION SANITARY SEWERS <br />The estimate of cost -of constructing Sanitary Sewers in the Kensington Farms <br />Subdivision in the amount of $152,912.27, cost per square foot $.07648868, <br />was approved by the Board upon motion made, seconded and carried. <br />APPROVAL OF PLANS - PROJECT CS3-1972 <br />Plans for Project CS3-1972, Main Street Storm Sewer, for which bids will. <br />be advertised, were approved by the Board. <br />CONTRACTS FOR GASOLINE SIGNED <br />Contracts for tank wagon delivery of gasoline which were approved at the <br />December 18, 1972 meeting of the Board were signed. The contracts are with <br />the American Oil Company and cover tank wagon delivery of American Regular <br />at 16.60� per gallon, AMOCO Diesel Fuel at 16.10t per gallon, AMOCO Heater <br />Oil at 16.10d per gallon, and AMOCO Diesel Fuel Z at 15.10t and AMOCO <br />Furnace Oil at 15.100, each item 130,000 gallons or less. <br />1 <br />1 <br />.1 <br />
