REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 23, 1975 <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period of June 12 through <br />June 18 was received. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the <br />report was ordered filed. <br />SIGNING OF TITLE SHEETS- STREET AND SEWER NEAR MIAMI AND IRELAND <br />The .Title Sheets approving the plans for a street and sewer to <br />be constructed by Dr. Robert Allen west of Miami Road and south <br />of Ireland Road was received. Plans have been approved by the <br />Department of Public Works. Upon motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the title sheets approving the plans were approved by the <br />Board. <br />PETITION TO VACATE ALLEY FILED - NORTH OF FISHER STREET_'`BETWEEN <br />WEBSTER AND WALNUT STREETS <br />William Lagodny, et al, files a petition to vacate the part of the <br />north -south alley between Webster and Walnut Streets from the <br />p south line. of Fisher Street to the north line of the first east - <br />west alley. The petitioners state that the alley is narrow and <br />6; cars and trucks using it damage adjacent property. Upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, the petition was referred to the <br />Division of Engineering for preliminary review and recommendation. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m. <br />s K.
