REGULAR MEETING <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works <br />1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 1974 with M7 <br />Mr. Barcome present. Deputy City Attorney Ger< <br />present. Minutes of the previous meeting were <br />PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT AND MAINTENANCE <br />SCOTTSDALE ADDITION, SECTION H - LETTER OF C; <br />A Project Completion Affidavit was received fr <br />for Scottsdale Addition, Section H with a lett <br />McMahon, Manager of the Bureau of Public Const <br />partial acceptance for the storm and sanitary <br />of credit was submitted -insuring the completio <br />the improvements. Upon motion made, seconded <br />Affidavit was approved. The Board, upon motio <br />carried, approved the maintenance bond submitt <br />A commercial letter of credit from the First B <br />to guarantee completion of the balance of the <br />motion made, seconded and carried, approved. <br />RESOLUTION RE: MUESSEL-ELLISON-CLARK MEMORIAL <br />Mr. G. A letter <br />of the balance of <br />nd carried, the Completion <br />made, seconded and <br />d for the project. <br />nk & Trust Company <br />mprovements was, upon <br />d to a proposed <br />.stee for the Muessel- <br />South Bend that if the <br />he Resolution, the <br />the City for the Art <br />.otion made, seconded <br />ed: <br />A RESOLUTION PERPETUATING THE ART CENTER �S A MEMORIAL TO <br />THE r'IUESSEL-ELLISON-CLARK FAMILY S <br />ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF TIDE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND NOVEMBER 12, 1974. <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana is co Ue <br />tructing in the <br />Century Center facility, a structure to house Art Center, and <br />WHEREAS, said structure shall exceed in cost tl e sum of $2,500,000.00 <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a portion of "these funds may be turned over to the City by <br />the Civic Center Foundation, and <br />WHEREAS, the Civic Center Foundation and/or thE She City of South <br />Bend, Indiana have, in the past and may in the future receive gifts, <br />the proceeds of which are to be used for the construction of certain <br />units in the Century Center, and <br />WHEREAS, heretofore the National Bank and Trust Company of South <br />Bend, South Bend, Indiana in its fiduciary capacity as Trustee of <br />the Muessel-Ellison Trust Foundation and the Stanley A. and Flora <br />P.
