<br />HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL - CAMBRIDGE DRIVE SEWERS
<br />This being the date set, hearing was held on Assessment Roll No. 2969 for the
<br />construction of a sewer in the Crest Manor Subdivision from Miami Road to Kindig
<br />Drive at the rear of the north side of Cambridge Drive, authorized under Improvement
<br />Resolution No. 3386, 1973, adopted by the Board on October 15, 1973.
<br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and
<br />the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient.
<br />There were no remonstrators present and no written remonstrances having been
<br />received, the Board, upon motion made, seconded and carried, confirmed the
<br />Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the 18th day of March, 1974.
