Mullen <br />ATTEST: <br />s/ Patricia DeClercq, Clerk <br />FILING OF ASSESSMENT POLL - VACATION RESOLUTION ITO. 3409, 1975 <br />AS AMENDED 10 / 11 / 7 6 <br />Rollin E. Farrand, City Engineer, files an amended Assessment <br />Poll for Vacation Resolution No. 3409, 1975 for the vacation of <br />portions of Donald and Fox Streets, from Columbia east to Fellows <br />and the first east -west allev south of Bowman between Fellows. <br />and Rush, and the north -south alley between Fellows and Push <br />Streets from Bowman to the aforesaid east -west alley, and the <br />east -west alley running west from Fellows Street between Donald <br />and Fox Street, and a portion of Push Street, south from Bowt.ian <br />to the first east -west alley, City of South Bend. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially <br />affected by such vacation: <br />Lots 136 to 195 inclusive in Henry Studebaker's Addition; <br />Lots 230 to 241 inclusive in Bowman's 6th Addition; Lots <br />165 to 176 inclusive in BoNman's 5th Addition. <br />The Board finds that each of said lots have been benefited <br />in the amount of $0.00 and darzaged in the amount of $0.00. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr. Brunner and <br />carried, the Assessment Poll was filed and a public hearing <br />was set for November 15, 1976 at 9:30 a.m. at the regular <br />meeting of the Board. <br />1 <br />
