3i 4 <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />MAY 25, 1976 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened by <br />President Rollin Farrand at 9:00 a.m, on Tuesday, May 25, 1976 <br />with Mr. Farrand, Mr. Brunner and Mr. Mullen present. <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH INDIANA STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION <br />The agreement with the Indiana State Highway Commission for <br />Project 12-6000(16), for signal modernization at sixteen inter- <br />sections and intersection improvements at Portage, Hamilton, Wilber <br />and Woodland Streets, which was amended by the Board on May 18, <br />1976 and -sent to the Indiana State Highway Commission for approval <br />was now resubmitted to the Board in its original form, without <br />amendment. Upon -motion made by Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr. <br />Brunner and carried, the Board approved and signed the agreement, <br />without amendment, and it will now be submitted to the Indiana <br />State Highway Commission for their approval. <br />There being <br />upon motion <br />the meeting <br />no further' <br />made by Mr. <br />adjourned a <br />business to come before 'the Special Meeting, <br />Farrand, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, <br />t 9:05 a.m. <br />Peter H.
