<br />of Public Works was convened at
<br />1976 by President Rollin Farrand
<br />and Mr. Mullen present. Deputy
<br />was also present.
<br />OPENING OF BIDS - BUREAU OF STREETS MATERIALS
<br />This was the date set for receiving bids for materials for the
<br />Bureau of Streets for 1976. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication
<br />of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which
<br />were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and
<br />publicly read:
<br />Rose Fuel & Materials, Inc. Bid was signed by Paul 11. Lehner,
<br />South Bend, Indiana Jr., non -collusion affidavit was
<br />in order and a certified check
<br />was submitted with the bid.
