EXHISITA <br />Scope of Services <br />I. Visit the City of South Bend to meet with members of the Police Department, Mayor's <br />Office, and other City officials involved in the Group Violence Intervention in <br />preparation for an agreement with the National Network for Safe Communities of John <br />Jay College of Criminal Justice. <br />2. Interview members of the community and observe existing processes in order to assess <br />gaps and opportunities to be addressed based on the Group Violence Intervention <br />framework and supported via a potential future agreement with the National Network for <br />Safe Communities, <br />Consideration <br />John Jay College of Criminal Justice will charge $0.00 for the technical assistance provided <br />during the site visit, but will be reimbursed by the City for travel and accommodations in an <br />amount not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). These fees will cover the <br />expenses of two members of the John Jay technical assistance team to travel to South Bend from <br />New York for a two-day site visit. <br />
