Being <br />251.6' in length. The applicant wish to vacated this alley to allow full use of their <br />existing parking lot lying west of the alley in conjunction with their building on the east <br />side of the alley. <br />The approval of this vacation shall not be injurious to the use of other property in <br />the immediate vicinity. It shall not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, <br />safety, morals or general welfare.
