Section II. The Common Council wishes Kathy the best as she begins the next journey of her life. She <br />will be enjoying her retirement in sunny Arizona, so that she may be closer to her daughter, Katie and her sister <br />who lives in California. Kathy will be pursuing other opportunities in law and perhaps teaching. <br />Section II1.
