The Century Center, 120 S. Saint Joseph Street • One (1) Roll -off 30 yard compactor on call service • Two (2) 8 yard single stream recycling front loads emptied 1 x week on Mondays • One (1) Roll off 20 yard or 30 yard on call for special events We will provide three 65 gallon plastic totes with wheels to be used by The Century Center to capture all co -mingled recycling material. The totes can easily be wheeled by employees to the recycling compactor. Recycle stickers on the containers will detail what can be recycled. See Sample of the Recycling Sticker. This method of single stream recycling will recycle 90% of the recyclable materials. 90% because recycle bins are contaminated to some degree with trash. Washington • One (1) 6 yard dumpster trash emptied every other week • One (1) 2 yard co -mingled recycle bin emptied once per month After doing a site audit, there is room to put a 2 yard front loader for single stream recycling next to the 6 yard trash bin. Most of the recyclable material in the boxes is cardboard. We estimate the recycling recapture ratios for the two parks to be 90% in the 2 yard co mingled bins. We will provide a 65 gallon plastic wheeled tote at each park for simple delivery of comingled recycle items to the 2 yard front load recycle container.
