Kevin has over 17 years in the industry and Mike <br />Bacsa has over 22 years associated with Local 172 Plumbers and Pipefitters. Our <br />company is a full service mechanical contractor that is expanding and growing rapidly. <br />We have a wide range of experience including medical facilities, commercial buildings, <br />industrial facilities, water features, and wastewater treatment facilities. We perform <br />commercial and/or industrial, new and/or retrofit construction. We also perform budgetary <br />services for various Owners and/or Prime Contractors and have Design/Build- <br />Design/Assist capabilities. We have completed several Performance Contracts with <br />energy saving groups. <br />In addition to providing you the following services and information, we can also provide <br />you with several cost effective "Service Agreement Proposals" on your Heating and Air <br />Conditioning Equipment. We currently have 12 service technicians. In which we have a <br />Nate Certified Tech. along with Platinum Certified for Aerco boilers. Years of experience <br />for HVAC is over 100 years of experience.
