Service includes; <br />o Combustion test <br />o Inspection <br />• Provide semi-annual maintenance on 4 existing Carrier 40 Air Handling Units. Service <br />includes; <br />o Replace filters and belts at each inspection <br />o Inspection <br />• Provide semi-annual maintenance on 3 existing Carrier Roof Top Units. Service includes; <br />o Replace filters and belts (as needed) at each inspection <br />o Clean condenser coils <br />o Inspection <br />• Provide semi-annual maintenance on 4 existing Carrier Condensing Units. Service includes; <br />o Clean coils and test refrigerant pressures <br />• Provide semi-annual maintenance on 2 existing Hastings Make-up Air Units. Service <br />includes; <br />o Insect Burner and provide combustion test <br />o Clean intake filters and replace Media filters (as Required) <br />• Provide semi-annual maintenance on 1 Reznor Overhead heater. Service includes; <br />o Insect Burners <br />• Provide semi-annual maintenance on 4 Carrier Split System Air Handler Units. Service <br />includes; <br />o Replace filters and belts (as required) at each inspection <br />• Provide semi-annual maintenance on 6 Mitsubishi Split Systems. Service includes; <br />o Clean coils, indoor air filter, and inspect condensate drain <br />
