As directed by architect, change elevator pit depth from 4'to 5'. Also required thickening the adjoining pier <br />footings P-1/F-9 by 12" in depth. This cost includes additional excavation, depth of 8" thick concrete <br />foundation wall, waterproofing, rebar, forming and concrete material. <br />Add: $1,851 <br />3.
