Myron Cohagan CONTRACTOR: Rieth-Riley Construction PROJECT: South Bend One -Way to Two -Way Street Conversion, Division B Project No. 116-001 SUBJECT: Saint Joe Street Time Extension ISSUE DATE: November 7, 2016 This Change Order to the Contract document shall supplement, amend, and shall become a part of, and be incorporated as an Addendum to the Contract. SPECIFICATIONS: The following special provisions have been amended or added to the Contract Documents and are issued as a part of this Change Order: XIV PROSECUTION AND PROGRESS A. Prevailing Specifications: 2016, INDOT Standard Specifications Sec. 108 B. Additions: 1. The project, both Division A and Division B, will have a completion date of June 1, 2017. The contract time will start when the Notice to Proceed is delivered and signed. 2. The project will have intermediate completion dates as listed in the table below for roads open to bi-directional traffic and traffic control devices shall be functioning at all intersections on Saint Joe/Michigan with the exception of Washington, Jefferson and South Street and on Main with the exception of Bronson.
