Resolution No. 573 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE OR THE PTRANSFER OFOSITION OF LTITLE AND NTHERETO D THE XINUCONNECTIONIWITHALANDETO TION OF UT CLIM DED BE) <br />DISPOSED OF IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, INDIANA R-57. <br />WHEREAS, <br />ing out theUrban Southnt of opment <br />i <br />ojectpurarry- <br />suant to the Urban Renewal plan for the Project, Indiana R-57 adopted by the <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, by Resolution No. 127-66 on the <br />24th day of January, 1966 and <br />WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Plan calls for the sale for redevelopment <br />by public or private agencies of all acquired land in accordance with the pro- <br />visions of said plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the following redevelopers have submitted a proposal to <br />redevelop certain parcels within the LaSalle Park Project and that said pro- <br />posal has been processed in accordance with all applicable Statutes of the <br />State of Indiana and rules and regulations and the Federal Statutes governing <br />the sale of Urban Renewal Land with said parcels being: <br />PARCEL NUMBER NAME AMOUNT <br />17-6 Elton Gailday and $578.55 <br />17-7 brie Gailday <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission, Governing Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelop- <br />ment that the Executive Director of the Department of Redevelopment is auth- <br />orized to prepare a Redevelopment Agreement and a Quit Claim Deed (s) for <br />the purpose of conveying said land to the proposed redeveloper; and <br />FURTHER, that the President of the South Bend Redevelopment Commis- <br />sion is authorized to execute said Redevelopment Agreement and Quit Claim <br />Deed (s) and that the Secretary of the Commission is hereby authorized to <br />attest said Agreement and Deed (s). <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Com- <br />mission held on the 2nd day of March 1979, in the Office of the Commis- <br />sion, Room 1200 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />
