Resolution on Annual Progress Reports <br />Page 2 <br />it is believed that an annual update on progress being made on all of these types of <br />plans would be beneficial. Information shared in a public forum would be a valuable tracking tool, and <br />would be very educational. <br />9Y' Goa Wm4 -4: <br />Section I. The Common Council believes that sharing information on a regular basis which <br />involves various types of plans for our neighborhoods would foster improved communication and <br />collaboration. <br />Section II. The Council's Zoning and Annexation Committee is requested to schedule meetings <br />so that the City Administration may provide updates on all village /neighborhood plans, all <br />master /revitalization plans, and development areas and their respective plans beginning in 2017. <br />Section III. The Common Council believes that annual updates by the Administration to the <br />Common Council would provide an excellent mechanism for engagement, education, and planning; and <br />would further be in the best interests of our City. <br />Section IV.
