The bidder reviewed the City of South Bend's Minority and Women Business Enterprise Diversity Development Program, which uses the IDOA approved list of Minority and Women Owned Business as found on their website (httpYMww.fn.govfidoa). ACTION (ADVERTISFJCONTACT): In order for your bid to be deemed responsive, the City of South Send requires that all perspective bidders complete no less then 2 of the following: 1. Attend all pre -bid meetings scheduled by the City to inform fvtBEANBEs of contracting and subcontracting opportunities. 2. Utilize pre-existing services of available community organizations, small and/or disadvantaged business assistance offices and other organizations that provided assistance in the recruitment i and placement of MSE/ BE firms.
