M <br />REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 10, 1977 <br />the State of Indianaregarding this lease to see that the rental <br />payments are received. Mr. Brunner seconded the motion and it <br />carried. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage report for the period of January 2 through <br />7 was received. The report indicated 42 outages. Upon notion <br />made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the report <br />was ordered filed. <br />PARKING METER CHANGES APPROVED <br />Ralph J. Wadzinski, Manager of the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, <br />recommended the following parking meter changes to the Board: <br />A. Meter Number. Four which is.loca.ted on the south side of <br />300-West Monroe St be changed from a two-hour meter to a <br />twelve -minute, one -cent meter. Mr. Wadzinski noted that <br />the Seifer Safe and Lock Company had requested a green curb <br />at this location for their customers. Present green curb <br />installations are located at the middle and north end of <br />the.Plaza and at the four utility companies in the downtown <br />area. There are no green curb zones in specific places of <br />commercial business. Also, all green curb zones are presently <br />located within the exempted business core area parking zone. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen <br />and carried, the change was approved. <br />B.
