Committeemember Jo Broden requested that the following items be added to the Council <br />record: Engineering Review, Traffic Study, Tax Abatement petition, Housing Study <br />including the score card of future housing density, and the Parking Study. <br />Committee Chair Davis told the public that the Council is doing its best to do its due <br />diligence on proposal of Bill 41 -16. Mr. Davis asked Mr. Matthews to share with <br />Council a written response to his 2013 BZA comments which are in direct opposition to <br />his current statements to Council. <br />Committeemember Jo Broden also requested further clarification from Tim Corcoran <br />regarding the email sent to Council. She asked if the statements made in the email are in <br />reference to a ninety -six (96) foot building or a one - hundred seventy five (175) foot <br />building. She shared that this decision is a one - hundred (100) year decision that the <br />Council needs make sure that they receive all of the right information and get it right. <br />Committee Chair Davis echoed Committeemember Broden's sentiments and added to the <br />precedent setting nature of the decision and potential legal implications if they don't get it <br />right. <br />nmittee Chair Davis adjourned the meeting at 8:59 p.m. <br />11 <br />
