General or Standard Change Order Explanation It was discussed at length at several progress meeting to keep Olive St north of Sample St closed until such a time that the roundabout is constructed. MOT will open Olive St north of Sample and will include the use of the roundabout to facilitate safer traffic patterns. City to South Bend, County of St Joseph, DLZ design firm,and LFA construction inspection teem are all in agreement to keep Olive St closed for the winter and provide a safer traffic pattern to the public. during this time. No additional payment will be made.
