Maloney, the bid itself <br />contained only the typewritten name of Mr. Maloney. She suggested <br />that the Board allow a 48-hour period for Mr. Maloney to properly <br />execute the bid document. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, <br />seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, Tom Wood Pontiac was <br />given a 48-hour period in which to have the bid document <br />properly executed in order for the Board to consider the bid. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the above bids were referred to the Park Department for <br />review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY <br />(1115 S. LAFAYETTE AND 263 MAPLE STREET) <br />This was the date set for receiving sealed bids for the sale of <br />city -owned property located at 1115 S. Lafayette and 263 Maple <br />Street. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in <br />the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found <br />to be sufficient. <br />The following bid was opened for the city -owned property at 1115 <br />S.
