Upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. <br />Hill and carried, the request <br />was approved. <br />APPROVE CONTRACTOR AND EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak recommended approval of the Contractor's <br />Bond of Robert Henry Corporation retroactive to November 30, <br />1981, and the Excavation Bond of Eagle Excavation. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the Excavation Bond for Eagle Excavation was approved; <br />and the Contractor's Bond of the Robert Henry Corporation was <br />approved retroactive to November 30, 1981. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved <br />and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: <br />Velma I. Nemeth, 3427 Concord, Mish: <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Michiana Area CETA <br />Consortium, submitted P. 0. No. 156 through No. 173 and a claim <br />for the Commercial Driver Institute in the amount of $1,595.00 <br />and recommended approval.
