Hill, seconded by Mr. <br />Kernan and carried, the public hearing was closed and the <br />matter continued to the November 23, 1981, meeting of the <br />Board in order to allow additional information needed by the <br />Board to be supplied by the applicants. <br />APPROVE HOUSE MOVE - 706 OLIVE TO 2113 S. MEADE <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Building Department had submitted <br />a request for a house move by Lykowski Construction Company of <br />a structure owned by Bernard Williams from its present location <br />at 706 Olive Street to 2113 South Meade Street. It was noted <br />that adjacent property owners had been notified of the proposed <br />house move. Mr. Leszczynski explained that the move would <br />utilize Olive Street to Calvert; thence west on Calvert to <br />Meade and south on Meade to its destination. Mr. Leszczynski <br />advised that the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting had no objections <br />to the proposed route. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the house move was approved. <br />APPROVE HOUSE MOVE - 4324 SOUTH MICHIGAN TO 139 E. NORMAN <br />Mr. James Markle, Building Commissioner, submitted a request for <br />a house move of a structure from 4324 South Michigan to 139 <br />East Norman Street by Michiana House Moving. It was noted that <br />adjacent property owners had been notified of the proposed house <br />move and the public hearing on the matter. Mr. Leszczynski <br />stated that the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting had no objection <br />to the proposed route for the move proceeding south on <br />Michigan Street for a short distance to Norman Street. Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the house move was approved. <br />APPROVE ASSESSMENT ROLL - VACATION RESOLUTION <br />NO. 3515, 1981 (WELLINGTON STREET) <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the Assessment Roll <br />with respect to Vacation Resolution No. 3515, 1981, for the <br />vacation of Wellington Street from the southerly right-of-way <br />line of Ardmore Trail to the northerly right-of-way line of <br />1 <br />
