Bowman <br />774 Lincolnway East <br />It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up the <br />lots and had failed to comply. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF CONTRACTOR'S BONDS <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak recommended approval of the following Contractor's <br />Bonds retroactive to August 25th and August 26th respectively: <br />Leonard E. Woodruff <br />Pedro Garcia <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the above Contractor's Bonds were approved retroactively. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following Certificates of Insurance were filed: <br />Edward J. White, Inc. <br />South Bend Shrine Club (entrance canopy) <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated a total of three outages for the period of <br />August 25 and 26, 1981. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 15626 through No. 15895 and recommended approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the report was filed and the claims approved. <br />
