He stated
that an auto repair business was being conducted at 1005 West
Thomas Street which was in violation of the city laws, and the
residents were objecting strongly to this use in a residential
area. He also stated that, in his district, he had received many
complaints about cars being parked on the tree lawn areas, and he
asked that the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office check into
this matter. He also brought up the fact that many of the cyclists
in his area ride on the city streets six abreast at times. He
asked that they be instructed to obey the law which provided that
two cyclists can ride abreast, or use the city sidewalks. Mr.
Kernan advised Councilman Szymkowiak that the Board would look
into his requests.
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a
motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried,
the meeting was adjourned at 10:35 a.m.
 An E.
