362 REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 12, 1983 APPROVE EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY - EDWARD ROSE OF INDIANA Mr. Leszczynski presented an Easement secured from Edward Rose of Indiana, an Indiana Limited Partnership, signed by Edward Ravitz, Agent. The _thirty-four (34') foot easement and right- of-way will allow the City, at some future time, to widen Ironwood Drive between Ireland and Ridgedale. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above referred to easement was accepted and approved. APPROVE CONTRACTOR, HOMEOWNER AND LANDLORD AGREEMENTS BUREAU OF HOUSING NEIGHBORHOOD PAINT -UP PROGRAM Ms. Janet S. Holston, Director, Bureau of Housing, presented to the Board for approval the following Neighborhood Paint -Up Program Agreements: CONTRACTOR & HOMEOWNER AGREEMENTS FOR: 1. Homeowner: Ada E. Jones Address: 1015 East Miner Contract Price: $135.00 Contractor: Charles Brown Maintenance LANDLORD AGREEMENT FOR: 2. Landlord: Alfred L. Winters Address: 506 N. Birdsell Upon a:motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Agreements were approved and executed. APPROVE REQUEST TO ERECT TEMPORARY (6 MONTH) MOBILE BAKERY OUTLET Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Ralph J. Wadzinski, Manager, Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, and Mr. Paul L. Roelke, Building Commissioner, have reviewed the request of.Dr. Robert R. Allen, submitted to the Board on August 29, 1983 regarding the placement of a temporary (6 month) mobile bakery outlet on South Miami Street and recommend approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the request was approved. Dr. Allen will be instructed to secure the necessary temporary building permit from the Building Department. REQUEST USE OF TEMPORARY OFFICE TRAILER - WHITEFORD NATIONALEASE, INC. (REFERRED) In a letter to the Board, Mr. Dick Scharf, Administrative Manager, Whiteford Nationalease, Inc., 2020 West Sample Street, P.O. Box 76, South Bend, Indiana 46624, requested use of a temporary office trailer at 1900 West Western Avenue. Mr. Scharf indicated that Whiteford needs to move the temporary office trailer to the Western Avenue address and is additionally requesting permission for the move. He stated that the trailer is approximately 24'x44'. The letter further stated that Whiteford wishes to locate this trailer behind the old A&P building and use it as a temporary office or file storage area until their new building is completed. The projected date of completion is December 1, 1983. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request to use a temporary office trailer at 1900 West Western Avenue was referred to the Building Department and the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting for review and recommendation. The matter of the actual move of the trailer will be addressed after a favorable recommendation is received from the above departments regarding the location of the trailer, and approved by the Board.
