<br />The regular meeting of the Board of Public N
<br />convened at 9:30 a.m., on Monday, August 8,
<br />President John E. Leszczynski, with Mr. Lesz
<br />Mr. Joseph E. Kernan,present. Board member
<br />was not in attendance. Also present was Ass

<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by _Mr. Leszczynski
<br />and carried, the minutes of the August 1, 19183, regular meet-
<br />ing of the Board were approved.
<br />AGENDA ITEMS ADDED,
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded Mr. Leszczynski
<br />and carried, a request to advertise for receipt of bids for
<br />the reconstruction of Seebirt Place, a request to advertise
<br />for receipt of bids for the.construction of a basketball
<br />court behind the East Sector Police Sub -station and a
<br />Contractor's Bond were added to the agenda.

<br />This was the date set for receiving and open ng of sealed bids
<br />for the above referred to project. The Clerk tendered proofs
<br />of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the
<br />Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. The
