Kinney, 1401 Wall: Street. <br />Petitioner to close and open streets & intersecting <br />alley. <br />APPROVE REQUEST TO HAVE CHAPIN STREET CLOSED FOR CHURCH <br />FUN FAIR - OUR LADY OF HUNGARY - AUGUST 13. 1983 <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Ralph J. Wadzinski, Manager, <br />Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, has reviewed the request of <br />Gail Laskowski, 1510 Arnold Street, South Bend, on behalf <br />of Our Lady of Hungary Home and School Association to close <br />off Chapin Street between Calvert and Bruce for the annual <br />fun fair to be conducted on August 13, 1983 and recommends <br />approval. Approval is subject to the maintenance of a <br />ten foot clear and unobstructed lane for emergency purposes. <br />The petitioner is responsible for the closing and opening <br />of the street with barricades to be provided by the <br />Bureau of Traffic and Lighting. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above <br />request was approved. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan <br />and carried, the following six (6) handicapped parking <br />permits were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's <br />office for issuance: <br />Eva M.
