FM REGULAR MEETING APRIL 11, 1983 The regular meeting of the Board of Public Words was convened at 9:35 a.m., on Monday, April 11, 1983, by President John E. Leszczynski, with Mr. Leszczynski, Mr. Richard L. Hill and Mr. Joseph E. Kernan present. Also present was Assistant City Attorney Eugenia S. Schwartz. AGENDA ITEM ADDED Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, a recommendation from the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting was added to the agenda. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS APPROVED Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the minutes of the March 28, 1983, regular meeting of the Board were approved as submitted. Mr. Hill was not present at that meeting and did not vote on this matter. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the minutes of the April 4, 1983 regular meeting of the Board were approved as submitted. Mr. Leszczynski was not present at that meeting and did not vote on this matter. OPENING OF BIDS - STREET MATERIALS FOR STREET DEPARTMENT FOR 1983 This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for street materials for the Street Department for 1983. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. Mullen, Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order and a 10% bid bond was submitted. 4.65/bag $13,950.00 Bid was signed by A.E.J. McManus; President, Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order and a l0io bid bond was submitted.
