REGULAR MEETING MARCH 7, 1983 The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:35 a.ri.., March 7, 1983, by President John E. Leszczynski, with Mr. Leszczynski, Mr. Richard L. Hill and Mr. Joseph E. Kernan present. Also presentwasAssistant City Attorney. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING APPROVED Upon a motion made by Mr. and carried, the minutes meeting of the Board were on this matter due to his 21, 1983 regular meeting AGENDA ITEM STRICKEN Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan of the February 21, 1983, regular approved. Mr. Hill did not vote not being present at the February of the Board. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the public hearing onihe Certificate of Public Convenience for Grady Thompson was stricken from the agenda. Mr. Kernan stated that Mr. Thompson is now in compliance with all requirements concerning the Certificate and a public hearing is therefore not necessary. AGENDA ITEM ADDED Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the matter of a Revenue Sharing. Intended Use Hearing for the Annual Summer Clean -Up program was added to the agenda. OPENING AND AWARD OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the sale of approximately twelve (12) abandoned vehicles, nine (9) of which are valued at over One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and all of which have been stored at the Hurwich Impoundment Lot, 1610 Circle Avenue. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient.
