<br />EXCAVATION BOND - RELEASE OF BOND AND APPROVAL OF
<br />REPLACEMENT BOND (STANDARD MECHANICAL, INC.)
<br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E., recommended the release of the
<br />Excavation Bond of Standard Mechanical, Inc. approved by the
<br />Board of Public Works on April 23, 1979 and the approval of
<br />a replacement Excavation Bond effective this date. Upon a
<br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the Excavation Bond originally approved on April 23,
<br />1979 was released and replaced with a new.Excavation Bond
<br />effective February 14, 1983.
<br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill
<br />and carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Memorial Health
<br />System, Inc., et al, 615 North Michigan Street, South Bend,
<br />Indiana, was filed.
<br />FILING OF LIST OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS
<br />A list containing thirteen (13) lots ordered cleaned by the
<br />Director of the Department of Code Enforcement, was submitted.
<br />It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean
<br />up the lots and had failed to do so. Upon a motion made by '1r.
<br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the environ-
<br />mental list was filed.
<br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the following twelve (12) handicapped parking permits
<br />were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office
<br />for issuance:

<br />3. Wilmer L.Peters, 2631 Lenson, Mish.

<br />6. Dorothy Mikesell, 708 W. Marion, Mish.
<br />7. Mary E. North, 529 Leland, S.B.
<br />8. Lynn H. Dee, 840 Prairie, S.B.
<br />9. Edna Davis, 803 Cushing, S.B.
<br />10. Evelyn F. Fink, 2251 Beverly, S.B.
<br />11. Della Jean Miller, 67127 Quinn, Lakeville
<br />12. Nathaniel Williams, Sr., 615 N. St. Louis, S.B.
<br />APPROVE CLAIMS
<br />Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Michigaa Area CETA
<br />Consortium, submitted a report indicating seventy-one (71)
<br />Purchase Orders from FY 1983 funds. Chief Deputy Controller
<br />Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claims Docket No. 2675 through No. 3312
<br />and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,
<br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the reports were filed and the
<br />claims approved.
<br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a
<br />motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, 5�e,
