0U <br />REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 10, 1983 <br />APPROVE EXCAVATION BOND <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, Department of Engineering, recommended the <br />Board approve the Excavation Bond for Roy C. Presnell d/b/a <br />Osceola Sewer Cleaning effective January 10, 1983. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the above bond was approved. <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF EXCAVATION AND CONTRACTOR'S BOND <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak recommended the Board release the following <br />Excavation and Contractor's Bonds as requested: <br />EXCAVATION: <br />T. J. Miscewicz <br />CONTRACTOR'S BOND: <br />G & B Construction <br />Upon.a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the above bonds were released. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan <br />and carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Morse Electric <br />Company, Inc., 712 North Niles Avenue, South Bend, Indiana <br />46617 and Interior Finishes, Inc., 11477 West Third Street, <br />Osceola, Indiana 46561 were filed. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated a total of thirty-one (31) outages for <br />the period of December 20, 1982 to January 5, 1983. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the report was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Michiana Area CETA <br />Consortium submitted a report indicating purchase orders <br />totalling thirty-one (31) to be paid. Upon a motion made <br />by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the <br />report was filed and the claims approved. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, <br />upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m. <br />o n E.
