<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill
<br />and carried, the above Contractors' Bonds were released.
<br />APPROVE EXCAVATION BOND
<br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E., recommended approval of the
<br />Excavation Bond for HRP Construction, Inc., 1216-18 West
<br />Washington Street, retroactive to December 20, 1982. Upon
<br />a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the bond was approved retroactive to December 20,
<br />1982.
