Krodel, Assistant Treasurer, <br />Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order and a 10% Bid Bond was <br />submitted. <br />1 New DynaPac Model CC21 Double Drum <br />Vibratory Asphalt Compactor <br />Net cash purchase price F.O.B. South Bend, IN $43,866.50 <br />Trade -In allowance for Rex Model 5 to 7 ton <br />roller, SIN HR196-8 $ 2,350.00 <br />NET PURCHASE PRICE WITH TRADE-IN: $41,516.50 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the above bids were referred to the Street Department for <br />review and recommendation., <br />OPENING AND AWARD OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES <br />This was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed bids <br />for the sale of two (2) groups of abandoned vehicles, the first <br />group containing approximately fourteen (14) abandoned vehicles, <br />one (1) of which is valued at over $100.00 and the second group <br />containing twenty-eight (28) abandoned vehicles, four (4) of which <br />are valued at over $100.00 and all of which have been stored at <br />South Bend Auto Parts, 1802 South Main Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in <br />the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to <br />be sufficient.
