�7 <br />REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 28, 1985 <br />continued to purchase properties that.were,available and to date '.. <br />have acquired a number of them. In response- to Ms. Barnard:'s <br />inquiry, Mr. Leszczynski stated that no timetable exists for the <br />acquisition of all the property needed for the improvements. <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised Mr. Voorde that it would take <br />approximately ninety (90) days for the traffic study to be <br />conducted and completed and further stated that because the <br />project amount is considerably high, it is anticipated that <br />federal aid urban funds would be required. He further advised <br />that requests for that funding source must be turned in well in <br />advance. <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised Mr. Voorde-that.he would proceed with <br />his requests. As the Miami/Jackson Road traffic study has been <br />conducted, Mr. Leszczynski informed Mr. Voorde that he would <br />supply him with the results of that study as soon as they are <br />compiled. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded.by_Mr. Leszczynski and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 11:03 a.m. <br />• - 1 <br />Katherine G.
