ACTION (ADVERTISE/CONTACT): In order for your bid to be deemed responsive, the City of South Bend requires that all perspective bidders complete no less than 2 of the following: 1. Attend all pre -bid meetings scheduled by the City to inform MBENVBEs of contracting and subcontracting opportunities. Perform any and all necessary steps to provide written notice in a manner reasonably calculated to inform MBENVBEs of subcontracting opportunities and allowed sufficient time for them to participate effectively. 4. Utilize pre-existing services of available community organizations, small and/or disadvantaged business assistance offices and other organizations that provided assistance in the recruitment and placement of MBENVBE firms. - **Bidder must circle or otherwise notate which of the two (2) required actions were performed.
