1.4 In response to a Pre -Bid Meeting question from Gary Paston, Ziolkowski Construction: <br />It is the responsibility of the Contractor to position his equipment in such a way that they do <br />not damage anything within the public right of way. It will be at the cost of the Contractor to <br />replace anything damaged due to their construction activities. <br />1.5 In response to a Pre -Bid Meeting question from Gary Paston, Ziolkowski Construction: <br />Any added cost resulting from construction extending into the winter months shall be <br />incidental to the completion of this project. <br />1.6 In response to a Pre -Bid Meeting question from Gary Paston, Ziolkowski Construction: <br />Matt Douhan indicated, to the best of his knowledge, there was at least one steel fabricator <br />who could meet the deadline. Contractor is responsible for building up & backfilling site. The pad was designed <br />by the Engineer of Record for this Project. <br />1.8 In response to a Pre -Bid Meeting question from Gary Paston, Ziolkowski Construction: <br />HGR, the Owner's Contractor for the JMS Building Renovation, will coordinate efforts to <br />utilize site.
