This is NOT the same as <br />Final Completion which includes exterior work such as EIFS. A separate Liquidated <br />Damages provision shall be defined via Addendum #1. <br />1.3 In response to a Pre -Bid Meeting question from Gary Paston, Ziolkowski Construction: <br />The warranty for the roofing material is per Section 07-53-00 and pertains ONLY to the new <br />North Stair roof, NOT the entire JMS Building installed under separate contract. <br />The JMS New North Stair Tower (116-098) Addendum # 1 <br />October 17, 2016 Page I 1 <br />
