REGULAR MEETING JULY 1, 1986 'i. This was the date set for the above ref erre publication of Notice Tri-County News which bids were opened and THE opening of sealed bids d to service. The Clerk tendered proofs of in the South Bend Tribune and the were found to be sufficient.
