REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 8, 1986 <br />1 <br />1 <br />OPENING AND AWARD OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES <br />This was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed <br />bids for the sale of approximately eleven (11) abandoned <br />vehicles, which have been stored at Steve and Gene's Auto & Truck <br />Salvage and Repair, 3109 South Gertrude Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in <br />the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found <br />to be sufficient. FROM WAYNE ST_._ FOR A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 123 <br />FEET TABLED UNTIL APRIL 15 1986 <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that this was the date set for the <br />Board's Public Hearing on a proposed alley vacation described as <br />the lst north/south alley east of Eddy Street running south from <br />Wayne Street to the lst intersecting east/west alley for a <br />distance of 123 feet all being in the Sunnymede lst Addition to <br />the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />
