REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 28, 1986 <br />31 <br />1 <br />1 <br />ADDENDUM III <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />GENERAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />Addendum III extends contract to expend all 1985 funds. The <br />1986 contract will be reduced accordingly. It was noted that <br />the activity under this Addendum shall commence on January 1, <br />1985 and shall continue to and include December 31, 1986. The <br />total cost of this activity shall not exceed $410,000.00. <br />ADDENDUM V <br />SOUTH BEND HERITAGE FOUNDATION <br />SOUTH BEND HERITAGE HOUSING PROGRAM <br />Addendum V indicates that the timetable shall be revised as <br />follows - the activity shall commence on January 1, 1984 and <br />shall continue to and include June 30, 1986. <br />ADDENDUM II <br />NEIGHBORHOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT MANAGEMENT/INSPECTION <br />Addendum II extends the 1985 contract to expend remaining <br />funds. The 1986 contract will be reduced accordingly. <br />ADDENDUM III <br />NEIGHBORHOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE <br />NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN-UP CREW ACTIVITY <br />Addendum III extends the 1985 contract to expend remaining <br />funds. The 1986 contract will be reduced accordingly. <br />ADDENDUM II <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS <br />GENERAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS <br />Addendum II indicates that the timetable for this activity <br />has been revised with the activity commencing on January 1, <br />1985 continuing to and including December 31, 1986. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. Vance and <br />carried, the above Contract and Addenda were approved and <br />executed. <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that d <br />received on January 21, 1986, <br />Police Chief Charles T. It was noted that all vehicles have <br />been stored more than fifteen (15) days, identification checks <br />had been run for auto theft and the owners and lienholders <br />notified. Upon a motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. <br />Leszczynski and carried, the above request was approved and a <br />date of February 11, 1986 was established for the receiving and <br />opening of sealed bids. <br />ST TO PURCHASE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY AT THE N.E.
