REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 28, 1986 31 1 1 ADDENDUM III DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS GENERAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS Addendum III extends contract to expend all 1985 funds. The 1986 contract will be reduced accordingly. It was noted that the activity under this Addendum shall commence on January 1, 1985 and shall continue to and include December 31, 1986. The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $410,000.00. ADDENDUM V SOUTH BEND HERITAGE FOUNDATION SOUTH BEND HERITAGE HOUSING PROGRAM Addendum V indicates that the timetable shall be revised as follows - the activity shall commence on January 1, 1984 and shall continue to and include June 30, 1986. ADDENDUM II NEIGHBORHOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE CODE ENFORCEMENT MANAGEMENT/INSPECTION Addendum II extends the 1985 contract to expend remaining funds. The 1986 contract will be reduced accordingly. ADDENDUM III NEIGHBORHOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN-UP CREW ACTIVITY Addendum III extends the 1985 contract to expend remaining funds. The 1986 contract will be reduced accordingly. ADDENDUM II DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS GENERAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS Addendum II indicates that the timetable for this activity has been revised with the activity commencing on January 1, 1985 continuing to and including December 31, 1986. APPROVE REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES Ms. Katherine Barnard, Director, Department of Code Enforcement, requested permission to advertise for the sale of approximately fifteen (15) abandoned vehicles, which are being stored at Steve & Gene's Auto & Truck Salvage and Repair, 3109 South Gertrude Street, South Bend, Indiana. It was noted that all vehicles have been stored more than fifteen (15) days, identification checks had been run for auto theft and the owners and lienholders notified. Upon a motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the above request was approved and a date of February 11, 1986 was established for the receiving and opening of sealed bids.
