DeClercq, Director, Department of Code <br />Enforcement, advised that Super Auto Salvage Corporation was <br />previously granted a license to operate their business at 3300 <br />South Main Street. Since the granting of that license, however, <br />the business was sold and the new owner, Mr. Paul E. Schultz, is <br />now requesting a Scrap Metal/Junk Dealers/Transfer Station <br />License for 1987. Mrs. DeClercq further stated that the <br />Department of Code Enforcement and the Fire Department Prevention <br />Bureau have inspected the premises of Super Auto Salvage <br />Corporation and approval of the license application is <br />recommended at this time. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Vance and carried, the following <br />Resolution No. 26-1987 was adopted and the Clerk instructed to <br />forward this Resolution and a favorable recommendation for <br />approval to the Common Council for their consideration: <br />
