The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in <br />the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found <br />to be sufficient. The following bids were received: <br />1034 EAST CEDAR STREET <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that one (1) bid has been received <br />from Mr. Charles A. Rupley, 16974 Douglas Road, Mishawaka, <br />Indiana, in the amount of $150.00. It was noted that the <br />property has an appraisal value of $145.00. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the offer of $150.00 was accepted and the matter <br />referred to the City Attorney's office for the drafting of <br />the appropriate Purchase Agreement. <br />1113 BURNS STREET <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that no bids have been received for <br />the purchase of this property. <br />APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS <br />Ms. Betsy Harriman, Office of Community Development, submitted to <br />the Board for approval six (6) Community Development Contracts <br />which re -allocate loan funds in the South Bend Home Improvement <br />Loan Activity based on assets of each of the following lending <br />institutions at the end of 1986. The term of the Contracts is <br />January 1, 1987 through December 31, 1987. It was noted that the <br />Contracts are in the following amounts with the following <br />agencies: <br />1 <br />
