No single family attached dwelling unit in the described project site shall be rented, leased or sub- <br />leased for any duration, to any other party, group or person(s). <br />4. No single- family attached dwelling unit in the described project area shall exceed a maximum <br />height of 40 feet to roof peek. <br />
