REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 16, 1987 <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of one hundred twenty-six (126) properties cleaned from <br />June 8, 1987 to June 12, 1987, was submitted. Upon a motion made <br />by Mr. Vance, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the report <br />as submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. John W. Ferguson, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program submitted a list containing fifty-six (56) <br />claims and recommended approval. Additionally, Deputy City <br />Controller Carol M. Sanders submitted two (2) recommendations <br />that checks be issued paying Claim Docket No. 9542 through 10012 <br />and Claim Docket No. 10015 through 10268. Upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Vance, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the claims <br />were approved and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Vance and-. <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:51 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Sandra M.
